    After having a terrible experience with a different contractor in redoing our deck, we're glad that we hired Lighthouse Renovation and Repair to take over the project. Placher and his crew (Javier and Lionel) worked redoing our cedar deck and we're really pleased with their job. They were responsible and efficient, addressing every issue and paying attention to detail. They were really clear and honest as regards the work that needed to be done and listened to our needs. The final result was a beautiful, high quality cedar deck. They also fixed some of the house siding. Before charging the amount due, they came back and worked on some minor details that we pointed out at no extra cost. We'll definitely consider them for remodeling our kitchen next year.

    Great job on replacing our deck. Strongly recommended! We hired them to tear down our rotting deck and replace it with a new one. They did an excellent job. The crew worked quickly but were careful to not damage the lawn as they walked on it and removed the old wood and brought in the new wood. We are thrilled with the results. Great job, fair price, good communication, and everything exactly as expected.

    While we found Ray to be very considerate of desires, overall budget concerns and timelines, the crew was professional, considerate and patient with us regarding those times in the middle of the project when you just cannot quite make up your mind.     First, let me say that Ray’s crew and the subcontractors that he uses are all excellent providing top notch work as well as being courteous and clean. I would be happy to have any of them back in my home for future projects. We had a complete basement finish done which included a bar area, game room, media room and full bathroom. Everyone who sees the area has commented on how professional and beautiful the basement looks. Thanks Ray and team for your outstanding work!

    Ray and his crew are great. From the first consultation to the final walk- through, everything was on time, professional, and top notch. I have had two projects done by Ray and his crew so far. Stone bases for my front columns, and recently a custom built deck surrounding my hot tub. I am very pleased with both projects. The workmanship is essentially perfect on both.
